All orders will be made to order and are submitted to our factory immediately upon receipt. Because of this, they have a longer lead time than our in stock items on the site, and once an order is placed it is not eligible for cancellation, changes, or return.

Timing: Please allow a total lead time is 2-4 weeks.
 

We now display all 30 colors from our custom color palette on the colored board, as the colors may differ from how they appear on the screen. In addition, as each carpet is produced according to the order, the yarn for customized orders is dyed in small batches and may differ slightly from the original.

Delivery within 2-4 weeks. Please closely monitor the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email to ensure that you receive your package, as we cannot replace lost or stolen packages after delivery：
